Dear Ms Ho,
This Video Production Proposal is a legally-binding, confirmed agreement between both WG Fresh Grocers and Sure Shot Productions. The purpose of this proposal is to construct and maintain a professional relationship with the terms heretofore accepted.
The agreement is made between WG Fresh Grocers and Sure Shot Productions with the knowledge that its terms are binding.
By signing this video production proposal agreement, both WG Fresh Grocers and Sure Shot Productions acknowledge maintaining a professional relationship in order to achieve set goals and creative ideas.
Accepting this agreement, both WG Fresh Grocers and Sure Shot Productions agree to the contract of this proposal, verifying they recognise said contract as legally binding. Each agrees to perform their assigned responsibilities to the highest quality while maintaining said relationship.

Ownership
Unless this contract states otherwise, both WG Fresh Grocers and Sure Shot Productions note that the client owns all the rights, interests, and titles to the media. This includes all finished post-production assets and the creative idea backing it (pre-production clips will be discussed between both parties and agreed upon by accepting this document).
All pre/post production assets shall be owned by the client, and they are free to use all assets in any shape or form.The client hereby grants the creator of the media a transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to the media clips post-production deliverables during the contracted work. Pre-production clips will be handled as agreed by both parties.
Confidentiality & Security
Both WG Fresh Grocers and Sure Shot Productions acknowledge that all assets, information, and product consutructed for the client are confidential and/or sensitive content in nature. By accepting, both parties agree to client directed disclosure contracts about said product or the specific media, videography, video project, and all associations. Sure Shot Productions understands that all media, ideas, and pre-production, including post-production clips, are considered secure and confidential unless specified otherwise.
Delivering Assets
The final product and assets will be delivered to the client on or before the agreed-upon deadline. By signing this document, both WG Fresh Grocers and Sure Shot Productions agree to the elected deadlines unless discussed and specified.
The client acknowledges that the agreed upon rate will be paid by the client to the video producer. An agreed upon payment form will be made prior to agreeing to this proposal (Specified exchange type to be outlined and specified by client).

Acceptance & Agreement
The terms of this video production proposal between WG Fresh Grocers and Sure Shot Productions will be sanctioned and lawfully recognized for the period starting and ending.
When accepted by both parties, WG Fresh Grocers and Sure Shot Productions, this report speaks to the lawful agreement in its entirety. No other guarantees, agreements, or understandings - whether composed or verbal - will be upheld.
By accepting this proposal both parties agree to enforce and uphold full terms until the contract’s expiry or by the termination of this agreement concluded by both parties.
